Dress Code
School Spirit Days
Every Friday is Spirit Day and students can wear a Lely Spirit shirt with uniform bottoms. Lely Spirit Shirts can be purchased at the front office for $10
At Lely Elementary School, our students (K-5) wear uniforms Every Day as part of our Mandatory Uniform Policy. The Dress Code is as follows:
SHIRTS
- Polo style short or long sleeve of any solid color
- NO logos
SWEATERS OR JACKETS
- For use in cooler weather
- Any solid color
- NO logos
PANTS, SHORTS, OR SKIRTS
- Slacks or Capri pants - khaki, black, or navy (NO denim/jean material)
- Jumpers, skirts, skorts, or shorts - khaki, black, or navy (no denim/jean material)
- Shorts and skorts must hang below fingertips
- Leggings are to be worn ONLY underneath jumpers, skirts, skorts, dresses, or shorts, and NOT separately
DRESSES
- Solid color, polo-style, one-piece in khaki, black, or navy
- MUST hang below fingertips with arms extended downward
SHOES
- Athletics shoes with rubber soles
- NO wheels
- MUST be worn daily with socks
OTHER
- A belt is optional but strongly suggested!
